This movie was VERY interesting, mainly because I kept wondering how someone would even come up with this idea and why someone would want to do it. But it also kind of gave me some hope for humanity.
The idea that you could live for 30 days with nothing, but the clothes on your back and answering ads on Craigslist? It just boggles the mind. I thought for sure that this would end early because the poor guy was murdered and it would turn into a murder-mystery/Dateline exclusive, but thankfully, this fool made it through without dying. See? Amazing.
The movie has a slow pace to it, but it just works. It was interesting to see the different kinds of people that he encountered along the way and to see just how many people actually post legitimate Craigslist ads. It was quite surprising.
The movie is now available on Netflix Instant, so if you haven't seen it and you're looking for an interesting documentary to watch that doesn't involve murder, then I would recommend this one!
